- There is a two-night minimum stay required on holidays. An additional fee of $25 will be charged for reservations less than two nights. Payment of 1/2 the total rental is required as a deposit.

- Our cancellation policy is 14 days. Refunds are honored less a $15 cancellation processing fee if we are able to fill the vacancy. If we are unable to fill the vacancy, we will retain 50% of the deposit.
- Please, no pets. Instead, we invite you to enjoy the animals found on the farm.
- No smoking indoors.
- Supervised children are welcome. The house is not strictly child-proof. We will give notice to parents of particularly curious or active children.
